DRW offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
These terms and conditions along with our Privacy Policy (together, the “Terms”) apply throughout our website and during any telephone call or written correspondence between you and us. If there is any conflict between these terms and any terms or conditions found elsewhere on our website, or in any written or verbal communication between you and us, these Terms shall prevail.
Test results and any comments given by us on the results are for information only. They are not a clinical diagnosis.
Our product
Please note that some provisions in these Terms may only apply to certain categories of Users. In particular, certain provisions may only apply to Consumers or to those Users that do not qualify as Consumers. Such limitations are always explicitly mentioned within each affected clause. In the absence of any such mention, clauses apply to all Users.
You agree that you are entirely responsible for your selection of tests and that you agree that it is your decision as to whether the tests you do purchase from us are suitable for you and whatever you may need them for. Prices, descriptions or availability of products are outlined in the respective sections of drw-ltd.com and are subject to change without notice. While products are presented with the greatest accuracy technically possible, representation through photos, images, colours, sounds or any other means is for reference only and implies no warranty as to the characteristics of the purchased Product.
Forming a contract between you and DRW
The Drw-ltd.com website will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.
Payment must be received in full prior to us processing your order. Once payment is received, we will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you a confirmation email. The contract between us will only be formed on the date we send you this acceptance confirmation. All notifications related to the described purchasing process shall be sent to the email address provided by the User for such purposes.
The price of the Products will be as quoted on our website at the time you submit your order. Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
drw-ltd.com may offer discounts or provide special offers for the purchase of Products. Any such offer or discount shall always be subject to the eligibility criteria and the terms and conditions set out in the corresponding section of drw-ltd.com. Offers and discounts are always granted at DRW’s sole discretion. By using our offers User cannot claim to use any offer in the future.. All payments are independently processed through third-party services. Information related to accepted payment methods are made available during the purchasing process. Drw-ltd.com does not collect any payment information – such as credit card details – but only receives a notification once the payment has been successfully completed.
Cancellations and refunds
Unless exceptions apply, the User may be eligible to withdraw from the contract within the period specified below (generally 14 days), for any reason and without justification.
The right of withdrawal does not apply for the provision of services after the service has commenced.
You may cancel your order at any time before a sample collection and be liable for a refund. DRW reserves a right to charge an administration fee of £50 if the cancellation is made with less than 24hrs notice from the agreed testing date and time of sample collection.

Our liability
We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or revenue, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy which the User may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any similar legislation and which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (non-excludable right). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to the User, including liability for a breach of a non-excludable right and liability which is not otherwise excluded under these Terms of Use, is limited, at the Owner’s sole discretion, to the re-performance of the services or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
Our total liability to you resulting from a test is limited to the total value of that test – meaning the price you paid for the test only. In particular we are not liable for any costs, loss, delay, inconvenience or damage you suffer as a result of:
- Drw-ltd.com being unable to test your sample for any reason,
- test results not being made available to you within the turnaround time stated,
- loss or damage that is not foreseeable,
- any damage, loss or injury resulting from hacking, tampering or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or User account or the information contained therei
DRW does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Service or any hyperlinked website or service, and the Owner shall not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between Users and third-party providers of products or services.
Our right to change and modify these terms
We may amend the Terms from time to time. Such changes will only affect the relationship with the User for the future. The applicable previous version will govern the relationship prior to the User’s acceptance. The User can obtain any previous version from DRW.
If required by applicable law, the Owner will specify the date by which the modified Terms will enter into force.
Other important terms
In accordance with the government guidance regarding COVID19, the laboratory is obliged to share patient data if the test comes out positive. If your swab detects the presence of the virus your data will be passed to the government.
These Terms are governed by UK law.
Users may bring any disputes to DRW who will try to resolve them amicably. While Users’ right to take legal action shall always remain unaffected, in the event of any controversy regarding the use of drw-ltd.com or the Service, Users are kindly asked to contact DRW at the contact details provided in this document. The User may submit the complaint including a brief description and if applicable, the details of the related order, purchase, or account, to the Owner’s email address specified in this document.
drw-ltd.com will process the complaint without undue delay and within 21 days of receiving it.
